Break free from chronic habits! Alexander Technique Workshop in March.
March 22 @ 10:00 - 15:00

A wonderful, engaging and inciteful workshop, with plenty of opportunity to practise the work and much to take home to continue improving my co-ordination and use. The group of people were great to engage with and Michael with his expansive knowledge and experience bought the whole day seamlessly together. Thank you.
Break free from your chronic movement habits.
When you have spent years developing destructive movement habits that keep you stuck in poor performance, chronic pain and discomfort, isn’t it worth spending a few hours learning how to prevent those habits?
With the help of senior teacher, Michael, you could quickly experience how you can apply conscious thoughts and get immediate benefits. Come to the Alexander Technique workshop. Bring an activity, sport, musical instrument that you would like to work with or just come along and we’ll work with walking, lifting, carrying, bending and so on.
A small group class of no more than 8 ensures lots of hands on learning experience.
Bring some lunch with you and let’s sit on the manicured lawns and enjoy the Blue Mountains garden.
You are probably asking yourself why you should attend.
Instead of putting up with discomfort you could be taking advantage of this rare opportunity to work with a group and to learn from others as well as from the instructor. Alexander Technique workshops have their own energy. It’s very different from one-to-one learning because you get multiple perspectives on the teaching. Group classes generate and stimulate a special kind of learning. You could benefit big time from all the body’s mysteries being solved. You might have chronic pain, neck or back ache, movement issues or issues in playing your sport or your instrument. This format is perfect. Singers, actors and sports people will love the learning that is available. But to benefit , you have to attend!!
