It’s a chance to experience the same skills I used during my recent back‑pain episode — applied calmly, clearly, and without strain. By the end of the day, you’ll be able to: • reduce unnecessary tension in everyday movement • improve breathing, coordination, and ease • apply simple self‑regulation strategies when things get difficult Places are currently open.
