Starting Saturday May 4th, our Introduction to Alexander Technique classes are popular. They start at 10am and go for just two hours until 12pm.
They give you the opportunity to learn Alexander skills and then try them out for a week, then come back and fine tune them over four sessions. You learn from hands on experience and from seeing others work with Alexander principles and skills. Increase your self-knowledge and awareness with this small group class.
Everyone knows that you learn from repitition. Here’s an opportunity to learn and then embed the skills that you have through a series of classes. Limited places.
